A typical small addition (12x16 / 192 sq ft)

$56k - 75k finished

We specialize in finding efficient way to build, allowing some projects to be completed for less than this range without sacrificing durability.

What effects price:

  • Bathrooms/kitchens (adds cost quickly)

  • Site access and design complexity

  • Tie-in to existing house

  • Finish level

Most additions fall roughly between $250-400 per sq ft finished, depending on complexity and finish level. 

Simpler additions with straightforward design and finish can often be completed at the lower end of the range.

We build clean, durable decks with a focus on efficient design and straightforward construction.

 

​Pressure treated - $75-110 / sq ft

12x16 - $14-21k

Cedar - $90-140 / sq ft

12x16 - $19-27k

  • Height and stairs

  • Railings (big one)

  • Site access/slope

  • Footings

  • Built-ins (benches, planters, etc.)

Ground-level decks without railings and simple design fall on the lower end. Elevated decks with stairs and railings fall on the higher end.

~Structural Repairs~​

​Most structural work is priced by the day due to unknown conditions
